Return and Exchange Policy

At Royal Machinery & Hardware Mart, we pride ourselves on supplying robust, high-quality industrial equipment, power tools, and hardware. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure every customer receives factory-fresh equipment, we enforce a strict No Return policy.
All sales are final. However, we understand that manufacturing defects can occasionally occur, and we are fully committed to resolving these specific issues through our Exchange Policy.
1. General Stance: No Returns
We do not accept returns for refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is processed and delivered, the sale is considered final. This includes cases of buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong specifications, or no longer needing the equipment.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
We only accept exchanges if the product you received is manufacturing-defective or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met strictly:
Timeframe: You must notify us of the defect within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this 3-day window will not be entertained, and the product will fall under standard manufacturer warranty terms (if applicable).
Condition: The machinery or hardware must remain in its original, unused condition.
Packaging: All original packaging, boxes, manuals, technical plates, accessories, and promotional items must be intact and included.
3. Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Exchanges will not be approved if the product issue is a result of:
Improper use, mishandling, or incorrect installation of the machinery.
Damage caused during the customer's own transport or handling.
Voltage fluctuations, short circuits, or incorrect fuel usage (e.g., in petrol engines or water pumps).
Normal wear and tear from operational use.
Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modifications made to the equipment before contacting us.
4. How to Request an Exchange
If you discover a defect within 3 days of receiving your order, please follow these steps:
Document the Defect: Take clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the defect or damage. For heavy machinery, ensure the model number and any technical plates are visible in the documentation.
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team immediately with your Order ID, Invoice, and the visual evidence of the defect.
Inspection: Once we receive your request, we will guide you on how to send the item back to us. Upon receiving the item, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the defect.
Resolution: If the defect is confirmed by our technical team, we will dispatch a replacement of the exact same model to you at no additional cost. If the exact model is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or timeline for the replacement.
